I purchased the hide a hose in February 2025. Steve was wonderful. The vacuum system was the best decision for the new house! Steve has been great. Years ago we had borrowed an Angel air purifier from some friends, and recently we decided to invest in our home's air quality and health by getting a Beyond, Angel, Pure & Clean, and Pet Refresh unit. We've placed them strategically throughout the house and the difference they've made is tangible. Our air smells cleaner for longer after vacuuming/cleaning, which is a constant battle with a couple large dogs at home. We also have more peace of mind knowing that with kids in the home, viruses and bacteria brought home and spread to the air, door handles, counters, etc. won't linger and spread sickness throughout the home as easily.

I love the quality and performance of my Platinum Aerus Electrolux cannister. The motor is quieter and more powerful than my previous vaccum. With 3 dogs in the house cleans up the hard surfaces well and the powered head does a great job on my carpets. I'm always amazed at how tightly the dirt is packed when I change the bag. Really appreciate the second and third filters. The unit captures all dirt/dust/debris returning only clean filtered air back into my living space.<br>Steve's service and professionalism are beyond reproach.
